Job Overview

Cassia is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Caregivers (HHAs or CNAs) to provide exceptional support in our Memory Care and Assisted Living environments. We are committed to training individuals for this role, ensuring a high staff-to-resident ratio that enhances the quality of care we deliver.

We have Full-Time and Part-Time positions available with flexible schedules, including weekend and holiday shifts.

Available Positions:
  • Part-Time, Memory Care, 48 hours per 2-week pay period, AM Shifts: 6:00am to 2:30pm.
  • Part-Time, Memory Care & Assisted Living, 23 hours per 2-week pay period, PM Shifts: Various evening hours.
  • Part-Time, Assisted Living, 24 hours per 2-week pay period, NOC Shifts: 10:00pm to 6:30am.
  • Full-Time, Memory Care, 64 hours per 2-week pay period, AM Shifts: 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents in achieving optimal independence and performance in daily activities.
  • Support treatment plans as directed by Registered Nurses.
  • Monitor and document vital signs as instructed, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
  • Utilize computerized systems for service documentation.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions.
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and medication management.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) is required.
  • Commitment to long-term employment.
  • Strong punctuality and attendance record.
