- Full Time and Part Time Day shifts from 7am to 3:30pm; includes rotating weekends and holidays
- Full Time and Part Time Evening shifts from 3pm to 11pm; includes rotating weekends and holidays
- Full Time Night shifts from 11pm to 7:30am; includes a $7,000 Night Shift Sign-on Bonus
- PRN opportunities available
Role Overview: The Practical Nursing Specialist at Pine Run Village is responsible for overseeing the care provided to our residents. This role includes supervising the nursing team and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Qualifications:
- Active Practical Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania is required
- Preferred one year of experience in Geriatric or Long-Term Care settings
- CPR certification is preferred
- Strong ability to assess and communicate effectively with residents
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and deliver care to residents in accordance with physician orders and the established Plan of Care
- Administer medications and treatments as required
- Conduct thorough resident assessments
- Engage in daily resident rounding to ensure quality care
- Assist with the insertion and maintenance of IV therapies for residents as needed
