Job Overview

Control Touch Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to lead our project teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical engineering scope of assigned projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of electrical engineering projects, including concept development, research, estimating, component selection, network design, panel design, device layout, troubleshooting, programming, in-house testing, on-site installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
  • Create project execution plans, assign tasks to resources, monitor progress, develop recovery plans, and manage deviations.
  • Collaborate with the Electrical Engineering Leadership team to continuously improve department processes and implement industry best practices.
  • Participate in or complete personally the design of complete control systems, including power distribution, device layout, network design, panel layout, and device selection.
  • Participate in or complete personally the programming, both HMI and PLC, of complete control systems.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, executive leadership, customers, and potential customers.
  • Commission complete control systems and strive for continuous improvement by identifying process improvements and collaborating with management to adopt these changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably EE, EET, or CECS, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Material Handling Industry, preferably in Baggage Handling.
  • 1+ year as an Electrical Project Engineer.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain airport security clearance as needed.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
