Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless freight process flow and timely data entry into our operational system.
  • Track and trace ocean shipments throughout the transportation cycle.
  • Coordinate with customers to arrange international shipments and meet customer service standards.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers, including ocean carriers, trucking companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including government requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for customers.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience.
  • Operations/industry knowledge preferred but not required.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including listening, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
