Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Bank of Utah. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business, and providing exceptional service.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous customer service experience. The salary for this role is up to $18/hour.
As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Identifying opportunities to grow client business
• Providing exceptional service and support to clients
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
To be successful as a Client Relationship Manager, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Strong background in customer service
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Previous customer service experience
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Conditions
This role is based in our branch location and requires regular attendance. You will be working in a pleasant office environment and will be required to sit for prolonged periods. Travel may be required between branches and to training/meetings.
