Lake Central School is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree with teaching certification in Communication Disorders and experience working with school-aged individuals with disabilities. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for implementing individualized education programs, assessing student performance, and collaborating with general and special education colleagues. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of state and federal regulations, including Article VII, IDEA, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. The Speech Language Pathologist will work closely with the Building Principal and Director of Student Services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Implement individualized education programs and utilize evidence-based methodologies to support student learning
* Regularly assess student performance and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective support plans
* Coordinate assistive technology evaluations and collaborate with general education staff to ensure seamless support

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree with teaching certification in Communication Disorders
* Experience working with school-aged individuals with disabilities
* Strong understanding of state and federal regulations, including Article VII, IDEA, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
