Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses in communication
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective communication
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to ensure evidence-based practice
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- State Speech Pathology credentials required
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
