Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to provide expert advice on policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:
To be considered, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of 2 years in HR roles, encompassing compensation, HRIS management, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and time/attendance systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present organized and thorough information tailored to the audience.
