About the Position
This is a varied role that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our residents. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily needs, including personal care, activities, and transportation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
