A career opportunity is available for a Mobile Allied Healthcare Specialist to join the team of All Medical Personnel - Therapy in Northwestern Oregon.
About the RoleAs a Mobile Allied Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients in need. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each patient.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and documentation, as well as collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
- Provide high-quality therapy services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- 6 months of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduate of an accredited school.
- BLS certification.
- Active state license.
- Demonstrate exceptional professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
