Seattle Children's is seeking a highly skilled Medical Case Manager to join our Complex Care Clinic team. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating care for patients with mental and behavioral health concerns.

This position has responsibility for collaborating with the healthcare team and families to promote access to coordinated services within Seattle Children's and the community. The successful candidate will empower families through education, support, and advocacy.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care for patients with mental and behavioral health concerns
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team and families to promote access to coordinated services
  • Empower families through education, support, and advocacy
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in social science or a related field and experience working with patients who have a diagnosis of Autism or other psychiatric conditions, and their families.
