Resident Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team at Bickford of Champaign. As a Certified Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily needs of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care to residents based on their individual service plans.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement to promote a fulfilling life.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical leadership to address any changes in resident needs.
  • Develop knowledge and skills to care for residents with dementia.

Requirements:

  • Active CNA License in good standing.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to take additional training or education as required by specific states.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
