Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere as customers enter and exit the store.
  • Promptly address customer inquiries and requirements.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist customers in locating, selecting, and understanding merchandise availability.
  • Employ effective selling techniques to engage customers.
  • Introduce ongoing promotions, credit card options, and other brand initiatives to foster customer loyalty.
  • Adhere to the Company's Customer FIRST model (Friendly Greeting, Identifying Needs, Responding, Suggesting and Styling, and Thanking).
  • Accurately process sales transactions and maintain accountability at registers.
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges courteously in line with company policies.
  • Maintain a positive outlook regarding the brand, customers, and team members.
  • Exhibit initiative, teamwork, and ownership in all interactions.
  • Uphold visual standards for the sales floor, fitting rooms, and product displays.
  • Contribute to daily store recovery efforts, whether before, during, or after store hours.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Share constructive feedback and suggestions with management to enhance store processes.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Provide support across various departments as needed.
  • Help establish the tone and standards that drive customer satisfaction and enhance brand recognition in the market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
  • Preferred: at least one year of retail sales experience and prior cash handling experience.
  • Energetic and charismatic personality.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Proficient in completing sales transactions using a POS register system.
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and various physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and using cleaning products.
