About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service while performing various duties.

  • You will greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, displaying a high standard of customer service.
  • You will interpret and convey information throughout the resort, ensuring that guests receive accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.
  • You will maintain a working knowledge of facilities, current and upcoming special events, to advise guests and fellow associates of same whenever possible.
  • You will quote rates and room availability in accordance with established procedures.
  • You will file, retrieve, and update reservations and related reports.

Requirements:

  • Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
