We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Technician II to join our team at GE Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and repairing complex biomedical equipment, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and diagnose complex biomedical equipment issues, implementing effective repairs and maintenance.
- Perform planned maintenance, safety inspections, and environmental checks, ensuring compliance with GE policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing proactive daily updates and ensuring resolution and follow-up.
- Lead and instruct technicians on basic and complex repairs, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Document all repair actions and submit reports according to schedule, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, and 2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment.
- Or equivalent military education and 2+ years of experience servicing electrical or mechanical equipment.
- Or High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of experience servicing medical equipment.
