As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the creation of effective and efficient fire sprinkler systems for industrial, commercial, and residential applications.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, and more, we also offer opportunities for education and training to ensure your success and growth with our company.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Design Manager, leading and directing a design team with daily design issues regarding requirements and effectiveness. NICET III or IV certification is required. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role.

Apart from the technical requirements, the successful candidate should possess a strong understanding of pumps, high-rise buildings, multi-family dwellings, storage facilities, and data centers. Experience with AutoSprink and Microsoft Office is necessary. The ability to communicate effectively with project managers, field superintendents, and sales teams is crucial.
