Clinical Nutrition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our Inpatient Adult Clinical Nutrition team in an academic medical center.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with providers, healthcare team members, and patients to coordinate care and meet clinical needs.
- Guiding the nutrition care process for positive patient outcomes through enteral nutrition experience.
- Precepting dietetic interns during medicine concentrations.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Clinical Nutrition Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining their Registered Dietitian status with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and completing CPR training if working in the outpatient nutrition clinic.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited college or university and less than one year of experience providing nutrition care in an acute care setting for Clinical Dietitian I. For Clinical Dietitian II, we require one or more years of experience providing nutrition care in an acute care setting.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on national averages, which may vary depending on location and experience.
