Job Summary

">

This role is responsible for providing assistance to our dermatologists during Mohs surgeries and other procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with medical terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up equipment and preparing patient charts
  • Provide support during surgical procedures, including passing instruments and supplies
  • Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • An accredited Medical Assisting program graduate or enrolled in an externship program
  • An active Medical Assistant Interim (IC) or Medical Assistant - Certified (CM) license through the Washington State Department of Health
  • WA State Surgical Tech Registration
