Responsibilities:
- Engage in a residency curriculum tailored to your learning style.
- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
- Prioritize patient care activities based on individual needs and resource availability.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- BSN is preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
Work Environment: This role demands critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements: The position requires a full range of motion, including lifting and handling patients, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
