- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and customer interactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Collaborate with the Salon Manager to develop and implement training programs for sales staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to meet sales and performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address any issues.
- Ensure that all salon operations are running smoothly, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other business partners.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
