Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Handyman/Service Technician to lead our team of technicians. As a Handyman/Service Technician Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional handyman services to our customers, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional handyman services to our customers, including but not limited to, carpentry, tiling, painting, drywalling, light plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Carpenter/Craftsman, with a strong track record of providing exceptional handyman services.
  • Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred.
  • Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work.
  • Own a standard set of tools.
  • Own your own work truck (we pay a gas allowance).
