About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at a specialty clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with our registered nurses and medical doctors to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support under the supervision of a registered nurse, adhering to established standards and nursing processes.
  • Conduct admission assessments and ongoing re-assessments, following departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing a prioritized interdisciplinary plan of care for each patient.
  • Implement and coordinate patient care plans, utilizing organizational skills and reporting mechanisms.
  • Develop and implement individual teaching plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
  • Perform assigned clinical procedures, such as phlebotomy, injections, and drug screens.
  • Administer medications as prescribed.
  • Order and restock supplies as needed, according to established par levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of recent experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Arrhythmia certification preferred.
  • Current on required immunizations and vaccines.
