We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pool Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Pool Scouts. As a Pool Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch pool maintenance services to our clients, ensuring their pools are safe, clean, and enjoyable for their families and friends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, testing, and balancing pool water chemistry.
  • Inspect and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
  • Conduct thorough pool inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., aquatics, engineering) preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in pool maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
