Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and developing effective treatment plans. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' needs for physical therapy and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide care and treatment to patients based on physician care plans, agency policies, and professional standards of care.
  • Instruct family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

$85,000-$100,000
