Key Responsibilities
  • Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested.
  • Organize the production of branded items, such as stationery, promotional items, and internal communications.
  • Support the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating content.
  • Produce additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, and exhibition-related projects.
  • Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
  • Assist with visual merchandising (25% of time).
  • Assist with event planning and promotional initiatives at store level.
  • Assist with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying, and checking copy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Confident and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated.
  • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Bend, lift, twist to different spaces.
  • Work in different temperatures and outside elements.
  • Sit for long periods of time.
