Job Overview

Kreate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for dispatching CDL and forklift drivers to transport raw materials and finished goods between our manufacturing plant and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with production to ensure raw materials are available for uninterrupted operations.

• Dispatch CDL and forklift drivers to manage the internal transfer of raw materials and finished goods.

• Direct finished goods to appropriate warehouses for efficient organization and future shipping.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all inventory movements using our ERP system.

• Process receiving and transfer paperwork for all inbound and outbound materials and finished goods.

• Communicate with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, dispatching, or warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to collaborate across teams.
