Job Summary

The Field Supervisor is a critical role within AccentCare, responsible for overseeing the effective supervision of Care Partners. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the activity of Care Partners to ensure services are provided to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and state regulations.
  • Complete required quality in-home Compliance visits, which necessitates travel to multiple clients' homes nearly every day/week.
  • Lead First Aid and CPR certification classes, including becoming certified in First Aid-CPR and training others as needed.
  • Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation and training, completing new client Opening paperwork, and meeting with new clients to identify their needs and preferred visit cadence.
  • Field-based role with local travel up to 50-60%, requiring a dependable vehicle, car insurance, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting or sixty hours of college credit, required.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions and be sensitive to the needs of the aged and disabled.
  • Knowledgeable of all State requirements under the Primary Home Care Program.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations and do problem-solving intervention.
