Certified Personal Care Assistant

Ultimate Care NY is seeking skilled Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with essential daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitor and communicate vital signs to the supervising healthcare professional.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments as needed.
- Document daily activities and observations accurately.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA).
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Completion of a recognized training program in home health care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated compassion, independence, and ability to uphold confidentiality.
