Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to children and adolescents in our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children and adolescents with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, as well as provide medication management and other interventions as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry.
- Engage in research and education activities, including mentoring medical students and residents, and participating in national studies and projects.
