Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient psychiatric services to children and adolescents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct regular follow-up appointments and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Board certification in psychiatry (within 2 years of completing training)
- Experience working with children and adolescents in an outpatient setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based model
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization
