Join Our Team as a BCBA

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at The Celebrate Group. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to our clients and their families.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating and implementing behavior plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will also provide feedback, encouragement, training, and support to the team. Your ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct assessments, including the VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, and other skills assessments.
  2. Create and modify behavior plans for each client on your caseload, monitoring implementation and providing feedback to management staff and family.
  3. Supervise clients and RBTs on your caseload at least once per week.
  4. Provide feedback, encouragement, training, and support to the team.
  5. Observe client and RBT interactions, compile and evaluate data on client responses and progress.
  6. Lead caregiver trainings.
  7. Attend and participate in parent team and therapist meetings, as well as professional development and training.
  8. Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the course of treatment and regular parent training meetings.
  9. Ability to identify areas where we need organizational improvement and in client experience and initiate improvement measures.
  10. Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don't greatly impact progress or outcomes for clients.
  11. Keep up to date with the latest state and BACB regulatory guidelines and ethics to ensure you remain in compliance and maintain license credentialing.
  12. High attention to detail and ability to prioritize various projects independently.
  13. Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
  14. Ability to handle and provide straightforward feedback to the leadership team members.
Requirements:
