Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Spaulding Hospital - Boston and Cambridge. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and accurate nursing assessments to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, evaluating and modifying plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting open and respectful dialogue.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, upholding the values of Spaulding Hospital - Boston and Cambridge.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
