About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Retail Director to join our team at Reclectic. In this role, you will be responsible for directing store fixturing, product placement, and display while supporting daily operations to create an inspiring and dynamic experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess business and product sell-through to identify store successes and opportunities, and lead a team to make strategic decisions.
  • Oversight of visual direction and prioritization of product flow to impact sell-through, sales, and customer experience.
  • Interpretation of Home Office direction and optimization of store structure, presentation, and productivity.
  • Development of a forward-thinking approach to make a strategic plan for execution and recovery of sell through and markdowns.
  • E nsurement of stores' safety standards, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policy and procedures.

Brand Experience:

  • Emulation of global URBN values and representation of the Reclectic brand in their respective geography.
  • Partnership with the Leadership Team to balance engaging visuals and productive space use.
  • Leadership of the team to elevate the store experience through efficient operations, merchandising, and in-store marketing.
  • Cultivation of a welcoming and inclusive environment to support an exceptional customer experience.
  • Interpretation and escalation of customer feedback and team insights to improve the Reclectic experience.

Leadership + Team Management:

  • Exhibition of critical thinking skills, maintenance of a solutions-based mindset, and collaboration to resolve business challenges.
  • Promotion of an inclusive environment, amplification of voices, and advocacy for different perspectives.
  • Provision of timely employee feedback, teaching of standards, and development of teams' product knowledge.
  • Empowerment and inspiration of teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and shared fate.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
  • Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
  • Experience with floor planning.
  • Proven record of developing great talent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$105,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, employee discounts, retirement savings, and more.
