Primary Care Physician Specialist

Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this role is $110,000 - $145,000, with quarterly bonuses based on quality metrics. Additionally, you'll enjoy six weeks of paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, major holidays, and continuing medical education opportunities.
About the RoleThis Nurse Practitioner position is part of our collaborative care team, which includes physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, scribes, registered nurses, and care managers. Our goal is to provide exceptional primary care, conducting office visits, administering wellness visits, and coordinating care with other providers and specialists.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate.
- National certification in at least one specialty, such as Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
- An active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner license and DEA license.
- US Work Authorization and a commitment to embodying 'Oaky' values.
