Company Overview:

Position Summary:
The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Walter Micro machines, specifically focusing on Gen 3 Back products. This role involves thorough inspection of produced items utilizing advanced measuring tools such as Zeiss CMM and manual cameras.

Work Schedule:
- 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on.
- Must be available to work every other weekend.

Shift Details:
- Primary Shift: 5 AM - 5 PM (A Crew)
- Training Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate Walter Micro machinery.
2. Conduct production runs on designated machines.
3. Inspect components using calipers, Zeiss CMM, manual cameras, and magnification lights.
4. Maintain and replace grinding and truing rolls as necessary.
5. Report any fixturing concerns to management.
6. Uphold high standards of quality and efficiency.
7. Troubleshoot machine and programming issues.
8. Complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for items that do not meet quality criteria.
9. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of measuring tools.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Completion or enrollment in an apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience with measuring equipment is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capability to lift up to 32 pounds.
