Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures on production and facilities equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

• Industrial mechanical maintenance background with experience in diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.

This role requires working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various temperatures, humid conditions, and potential hazards. The successful candidate must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in areas with poor ventilation.
