  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work collaboratively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
    • Foster a culture of empathy, respect, and open communication within the healthcare team.
  • Leadership and Mentorship:
    • Mentor and educate junior staff members on best practices and new developments in palliative medicine.
    • Lead quality improvement projects and participate in departmental committees to drive positive change.
