Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Nurse to join our team at Inspired Home Care. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving their overall health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' conditions during every visit and document observations
- Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review, Oasis assessment, wound care, and IV therapy
- Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing
- Collect data and prioritize problems and needs
- Supervise CNA and LVN under assigned to your caseload
- Document to company and compliance standards
- Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures
- Coordinate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Physicians, and anyone else involved in the patient's care plan
- Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient's quality of life
- Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests
