The Global Process Owner for Procure to Pay (PTP) is a pivotal role within Bunge Iberica SA, focusing on the comprehensive management and governance of PTP processes. This position is essential for driving continuous enhancement and standardization across the PTP function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and enhance the Vision and Strategy for the end-to-end PTP process.
  2. Oversee the development of the Global process design taxonomy and relevant metrics within the PTP domain.
  3. Ensure compliance with global design standards, processes, and templates.
  4. Collaborate with IT teams to define, scope, and implement effective procure to pay solutions.
  5. Lead requirements gathering sessions, conduct Fit/Gap Analysis, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  6. Contribute to the establishment and evolution of the enterprise-wide business process governance framework.
  7. Monitor and drive improvements in end-to-end process performance metrics.
  8. Implement analytics to identify opportunities for efficiency gains within the PTP domain.
  9. Draft and maintain a consistent Global PTP policy and procedural documentation.
  10. Stay informed of cross-industry best practices related to the Procure to Pay process.
  11. Engage in Governance meetings with stakeholders to evaluate current processes.
  12. Enhance overall process awareness throughout the organization.
  13. Oversee Process Controls and address observations from the Internal Audit group.

Qualifications:

Essential: Experience in the Agribusiness or Commodity trading sector is preferred.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Professional qualifications such as CPA are advantageous.

Experience: A minimum of 15 years in Procure to Pay processes, with at least 8 years in process design or optimization within Shared Service Centers.

Skills: Strong functional, process, transformation, and project management expertise with meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability in stakeholder management, with a results-oriented and fact-based approach. Extensive experience with ERP and PTP tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba) and a strong inclination to support the development of IT tools and environments.

Demonstrated interpersonal, customer management, analytical, change management, and communication skills. Ability to quickly identify risks and collaborate on risk mitigation strategies. Familiarity with shared services/COE operating models and leading practices in shared services is beneficial.

Proficiency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
