Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our software development team. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the successful development and execution of our products. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, translating them into clear requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and document product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the desired outcomes.
  2. Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between the development team and stakeholders, acting as a liaison to clarify requirements, answer questions, and address concerns.
  3. User Story Development: Assist in breaking down high-level requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that the development team understands what needs to be built.
  4. Sprint Review and Retrospective: Contribute to sprint review sessions to ensure that the product meets customer expectations, and participate in retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, QA analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient product development process.
  6. Product Launch and Adoption: Coordinate and support product launches, including creating release plans.
  7. Product Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and feature descriptions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  2. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Collaborative Nature: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment, building relationships and fostering collaboration.
  4. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  5. Passion for Technology: Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, software development processes, and the ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with Microsoft Technologies: Proven experience with Microsoft technologies, including Sharepoint and MS Dynamics.
  2. Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  3. UX/UI Design Principles: Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and processes.
  4. Data Analytics and Metrics Tracking: Experience with data analytics and metrics tracking.
  5. Relevant Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
