About the Role:
Synergy ECP is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Systems Engineer L2 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications systems engineering, with a focus on signal conditioning, telephony switching systems, communications systems, and packet switching systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
- Lead design and development activities, guiding users in formulating requirements and advising alternative approaches.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
- Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design.
- Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SE within programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Active TS/SCI FSP level clearance with the Maryland customer.
