You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Operational Excellence Leader in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

* Under moderate supervision this position is responsible for assisting management in the development of a vision to systematically improve business operations on an on-going basis. Responsible for developing a continuous improvement culture using Lean tools in a pragmatic manner to implement timely, value-added change within the business. Provide leadership in driving culture changes needed to build support & participation in operational improvement initiatives. Drive to increase visibility of operational waste and ineffectiveness with an objective of chartering and implementing actions to address these issues.

1) Conduct Training

* Quality & Continuous Improvement (A3 Problem Solving, Manager in Field, 8D Event Resolution, Visual Management)
* FMEA facilitation
* Workshop Mode (VSM, 5S, Process Mapping, etc.)

2) Facilitate / Coach

* Here & Now Meetings, A3 Projects, FMEA (and other Quality Tools), Voice of the Customer, 8D Event Resolution, Visual Management Meetings

3) Support Operating Unit Implementation Initiatives

* Master Plan (annual objective) Development and Maintenance
* Digital Transformation (Process Mapping and associated A3s for Digital T.)

4) Reporting

* VoC (based on Net Promoter Score), Excelle in Quality, FMEA, A3 Progress, Master Plan

5) Interface with Global OpEx Network

This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $82,000 - $111,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
