About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our Dunkin' team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding our Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and execute operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Environment: Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Support a respectful team environment by ensuring all team members feel valued and supported.
  • Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.
  • Support the training of crew members as requested to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to crew members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all operational standards are met, including food safety, quality, and presentation.
  • Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant by prioritizing guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring all guests leave satisfied.
  • Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed to maintain consistency and quality across all locations.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability by executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage cash over/short during shift to ensure accurate financial reporting and minimize losses.
  • Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards to maintain quality and consistency.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English to effectively communicate with team members and guests.
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience to demonstrate leadership and operational skills.
  • Math and writing skills to accurately manage finances and communicate with team members.
  • Basic computer skills to effectively use restaurant systems and technology.
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable) to meet minimum age requirements.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred to demonstrate a strong educational foundation.
