Fraser is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to provide clinical services to children aged 2-6 with mental health diagnoses in our preschool day treatment program and/or outpatient skills services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day treatment skills training for preschool-aged children
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs preferred
  • Demonstrated respect for cultural and family differences
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
