Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agilist to join our team in driving Agile methodologies and product delivery excellence. As a key member of our product team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and implement Agile principles and values across multiple teams.
  • Lead medium-complexity product feature development, leveraging unique expertise and skills.
  • Foster collaboration among teams, product managers, and engineering leaders.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to explain Agile concepts.
  • Effective communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and ability to inspire teams toward continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and rapidly iterate to solutions.
