Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established production guidelines while executing all aspects of the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment to verify operational efficiency and safety compliance.
  • Follow prescribed operational protocols and complete necessary documentation accurately.
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Accurately record production counts and weights.
  • Promptly report any defective or non-compliant products to the designated supervisor.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the production area.
  • Support other departments within the manufacturing facility as needed.
  • Participate in training new employees on specific job functions related to production.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Familiarity with the proper use of manufacturing equipment and materials.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculating production yields and understanding measurements.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
