As a physical therapist with a Master's degree from a CAPTE-accredited program and a valid state license, you will provide essential patient care in the comfort of patients' homes, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized and compassionate care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
What You'll Get:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $96,000 per year, paid on a per-visit basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while being part of a supportive and inclusive team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum nine months of experience as a physical therapist
  • Preferred community/home health experience
  • Master's degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE
  • Valid state license and CPR certification
