Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Home Health Physical Therapist with AccentCare, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care to patients in Leflore and Carroll Counties.
Salary and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $96,000 per year, paid on a per-visit basis. In addition, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care as a Home Health Physical Therapist.
- Work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist.
- Preferred community/home health experience.
- Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist within the state of operation.
