Role Summary:
As a key contributor, you will play an essential role in ensuring that the organization's historical records and achievements are accessible to the public while safeguarding sensitive information. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating the selection and curation of record collections that pertain to significant historical topics.
- Conducting thorough research and record searches, implementing project plans, and preparing documentation for review.
- Performing quality control and assurance to maintain high standards in information management.
- Collaborating with various Information Review Offices and other relevant agencies to prepare collections for public dissemination.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, precise work consistently, with a readiness to undertake additional responsibilities as required.
- Exceptional customer service, engagement, and teamwork capabilities.
- Strong judgment and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma combined with over 11 years of relevant experience.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in online tools such as MS Word, Excel, and Access, among other necessary systems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of classification practices within the organization.
