- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in good standing and eligibility for compact state licensure.
- At least one year of ICU experience, with a strong background in critical care nursing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
